110 Panorama Road
SPS were appointed to deliver 42 CFA Piles, and a Secant Piled Wall to support a private residential (domestic) development in Sandbanks.
‘Pastures’, University of Essex
Specialist Piling Solutions delivered 685 CFA bearing piles across five plots, with a further 28 piles installed for six crane bases as part of the University of Essex’s third phase of student accommodation.
AFCB Phase 2
SPS installed 471 CFA bearing piles across two zones of AFC Bournemouth’s major training ground redevelopment, including piles designed to support compression loads of up to 742kN.
Fulham Cross Academy
As part of the academy redevelopment, SPS installed 136 CFA bearing piles alongside 13 steel screw piles, supporting the construction of new sports, dining and educational facilities.
AFCB Phase 1
SPS installed 266 CFA bearing piles for the first phase of AFC Bournemouth’s new multi-million-pound training complex, including the main indoor training ‘Dome’.
Eastpoint Centre
The £10m redevelopment will transform the former Eastpoint Centre into 128 new homes. SPS were appointed to install 533 CFA piles as part of the regeneration project.
Lyndhurst Park Hotel
SPS installed 156 CFA piles, each 350mm in diameter, as part of Phase 1 of the development, which will provide 79 residential units alongside retail space.
Clarendon House
The project involved drilling 144 CFA piles at 400mm diameter, reaching depths of up to 14 metres. A Soilmec SF50 rig was used to deliver a low-impact piling solution.
