Titchfields, Hampshire
This housing development will deliver 95 units, including over 40% affordable housing. SPS installed 709 precast-concrete piles, selected to suit the challenging ground conditions, with a project turnaround of just 4–5 weeks.
Walton Court, Surrey
SPS installed 105 piles at 220mm diameter using a Cobra D1000 Drop Hammer Rig, supporting a prestigious development comprising up to 375 residential units across 10 blocks.
Eastpoint Centre
The £10m redevelopment will transform the former Eastpoint Centre into 128 new homes. SPS were appointed to install 533 CFA piles as part of the regeneration project.
Dorchester Brewery
This brownfield regeneration project will deliver 57 affordable homes on the historic Eldridge Street site. SPS provided 45 sheet piles as part of the redevelopment.
Lyndhurst Park Hotel
SPS installed 156 CFA piles, each 350mm in diameter, as part of Phase 1 of the development, which will provide 79 residential units alongside retail space.
