Riviera Hotel, Bournemouth
Following the demolition of the former Hotel Riviera, this development created 14 new apartments with sea views. SPS installed a 179-pile contiguous wall, supporting the redevelopment within the Poole Hill & West Cliff Conservation Area.
AFCB Phase 2
SPS installed 471 CFA bearing piles across two zones of AFC Bournemouth’s major training ground redevelopment, including piles designed to support compression loads of up to 742kN.

SPS installed 266 CFA bearing piles for the first phase of AFC Bournemouth’s new multi-million-pound training complex, including the main indoor training ‘Dome’.
