‘Pastures’, University of Essex
Specialist Piling Solutions delivered 685 CFA bearing piles across five plots, with a further 28 piles installed for six crane bases as part of the University of Essex’s third phase of student accommodation.
Fulham Cross Academy
As part of the academy redevelopment, SPS installed 136 CFA bearing piles alongside 13 steel screw piles, supporting the construction of new sports, dining and educational facilities.

SPS installed 34 driven bearing piles, reaching depths of up to 17.3 metres, for the new sixth form facility designed to provide specialist educational accommodation.
