Fourteen character-built apartments, providing unobstructed sea views in the heart of Bournemouth, were envisioned, after the demolition of the former Hotel Riviera in Bournemouth, to allow for flats consisting of four one-bedroom flats, 12 two-bedroom flats, and two three-bedroom flats. There will also be six more car parking spaces taking the total to 16, as well as 18 new cycle spaces.
This development was carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the nearby structures, making a positive contribution to the Poole Hill & West Cliff Conservation Area.
Specialist Piling Solutions were appointed to provided a Contiguous Wall consisting of 179 Piles, with some 300mm in diameter& 450mm reaching 6.5-9.5m deep.
