Specialist Piling Solutions has been contracted to deliver piling services for the Lyndhurst Park Hotel project. This development aims to establish 79 residential units comprising three-bedroom townhouses and one to three-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the project includes provisions for three retail units and 115 parking spaces.
The esteemed association with Arthur Conan Doyle, the renowned author and creator of Sherlock Holmes, adds honour to our involvement in this project.
SPS has successfully installed a total of 156 Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piles, each measuring 350mm in diameter, as part of Phase 1. Further advancements in the project are anticipated as progress continues.
