Okeford Fitzpaine developments began when Hurst & Hurst bought land at Shillingstone, from Lone Star Land.
The planning permission has been granted for the construction of a maximum of 45 residential units on Shillingstone Poultry Farm, complete with the necessary infrastructure and the inclusion of a school drop-off car park.
The project has gathered overwhelming support from the local community during the planning stages, primarily due to the site being deemed the most suitable for redevelopment within the village.
Specialist Piling Solutions were pleased to have been appointed for the service of 521 Steel-Case Driven (SCDs) and used a 0.5 Ton Hammer Weight & 2m drop to drive them around 6m deep, over the course of 4 weeks.
